Album Notes & Community Reviews
Marking their second collaborative full-length, the Depeche Mode frontman utilizes the production duo to explore a deeply organic, gospel-tinged rock sound. 'Angels & Ghosts' eschews synth-pop entirely for sweeping, cinematic string arrangements and bluesy electric guitars, perfectly framing Gahan's weathered, baritone vocal delivery.
