Album Notes & Community Reviews

Featuring an exceptional lineup including Chris Potter and Robin Eubanks, 'Prime Directive' showcases the fluid, highly conversational interplay of Dave Holland's legendary quintet[cite: 1]. The critically acclaimed ECM release is deeply rooted in sophisticated post-bop structures, driven primarily by Holland's profoundly complex, driving acoustic bass lines[cite: 1].
