Album Notes & Community Reviews
The veteran English bassist assembled an exceptional new quartet featuring Craig Taborn, Kevin Eubanks, and Eric Harland for this widely acclaimed release. Seamlessly bridging the gap between rigorous post-bop composition and the electric energy of jazz-rock fusion, the album is a profound display of intuitive, high-level instrumental interaction.
