Album Notes & Community Reviews
Saxophonist Dave Liebman's 'Drum Ode' is an expansive, highly rhythmic exploration of global jazz fusion. Bolstered by a large percussion section, the energetic instrumental improvisations draw heavily from Latin jazz and Indo jazz frameworks to create a dynamic, cross-cultural sonic landscape.
