Album Notes & Community Reviews
The veteran jam band's seventh studio album serves as a deeply emotional tribute to their founding saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who tragically died during its production. The Rob Cavallo-produced record features a surprisingly muscular, rock-oriented sound that balances mourning with joyous celebrations of life. The album's artwork and conceptual focus heavily draw from the festive and spiritual atmosphere of New Orleans.
