Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stripped down to just his voice and acoustic guitar, Dave Van Ronk delivers a deeply intimate set of country blues and contemporary folk. His gravelly, highly expressive vocal delivery brings a powerful authenticity to traditional material and early singer-songwriter compositions.
