Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as the second half of his William Blake-inspired conceptual works, David Axelrod delivered a breathtaking, massively sampled masterpiece of instrumental psychedelic pop. 'Songs of Experience' is wonderfully lush and fiercely progressive, weaving incredibly warm, highly uplifting jazz fusion grooves through beautifully mysterious, sweeping baroque-pop orchestrations.
