Album Notes & Community Reviews
Abandoning the frantic electronic experimentation of his late-90s output, David Bowie returns to mellow, atmospheric pop-rock on ''Hours...''. The album features lush, highly melodic songwriting centered around introspective, melancholic themes of aging and regret.
