Album Notes & Community Reviews

Co-produced by Nile Rodgers, 'Let's Dance' finds David Bowie completely reinventing himself as an impeccably slick, stadium-filling pop idol. The album abandons his avant-garde Berlin era in favor of incredibly punchy, funk-inflected dance-pop and bright horn arrangements, notably featuring explosive guitar solos from Stevie Ray Vaughan. It is a highly energetic, relentlessly rhythmic, and massive commercial blockbuster.
