The legendary Talking Heads frontman's first solo album in fourteen years is a characteristically quirky, highly rhythmic exploration of modern existence and political anxiety. Co-written heavily with Brian Eno, the incredibly upbeat, optimistic art-pop record utilizes marching band percussion and bright synthesizer melodies to dissect the American experience. The highly successful project subsequently inspired an acclaimed, wildly popular Broadway theatrical production.
