Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the initial dissolution of the enormously successful soft-rock group Bread, the band's primary songwriter delivered an impeccably crafted, highly melodic solo debut. Featuring collaborations with members of his former band and lush, sweeping orchestral arrangements, the record provides a comforting, slightly melancholic continuation of his signature sound. It remains a beautifully orchestrated touchstone of early 1970s adult contemporary pop.
