Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning to a more structured, vocal-driven approach following instrumental excursions, David Grubbs delivers an idiosyncratic take on modern folk-rock. 'Rickets & Scurvy' blends intricate guitar phrasing with dense, literary lyricism and unpredictable avant-garde flourishes.
