Album Notes & Community Reviews

Backed by an exceptional quartet featuring Matthew Shipp and William Parker, the formidable tenor saxophonist unleashes an incredibly dense, spiritually charged torrent of avant-garde jazz. The ferocious, often overwhelming improvisations demonstrate Ware's immense physical power while remaining deeply rooted in the ecstatic tradition of free jazz.
