Album Notes & Community Reviews
In an exceedingly rare move for a major label during the late 90s, Columbia released this blistering display of avant-garde free jazz. Supported by pianist Matthew Shipp, the legendary tenor saxophonist unleashes an impossibly intense, highly spiritual, and deeply passionate set of acoustic improvisation.
