Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written and recorded quickly in the wake of a dissolving marriage, 'Blemish' strips art pop down to a harsh, electroacoustic core. Sylvian's poetic, depressive vocals navigate sparse, glitch-heavy soundscapes and avant-garde guitar improvisations, resulting in a profoundly uncomfortable and nakedly emotional record.
