Album Notes & Community Reviews

Supported by the elite rhythm section of Tony Levin and Bill Bruford alongside trumpeter Mark Isham, Torn explores heavily textured, boundary-pushing jazz fusion. The record relies extensively on cutting-edge guitar loops and atmospheric processing, creating a deeply nocturnal, surreal soundscape aligned with the ECM label's pristine aesthetic.
