Album Notes & Community Reviews

Exploding out of the Montreal underground, the quartet bridged the gap between raw hardcore punk aggression and highly complex metal riffing. 'Dead Brain Cells' races through intricate time changes and blistering solos, establishing a sound that laid the groundwork for technical crossover thrash. The independently spirited debut remains a respected cult classic in Canadian extreme metal.
