Album Notes & Community Reviews

This highly successful debut project by French musicians Michel Sanchez and 脡ric Mouquet played a significant role in popularizing worldbeat during the 1990s. The duo controversially blended extensive vocal samples from Baka pygmy tribes and other indigenous groups with sleek, contemporary ambient-house and downtempo rhythms.
