Album Notes & Community Reviews

Def Leppard's debut 'On Through the Night' positioned the young Sheffield band within the New Wave of British Heavy Metal while already hinting at a more polished hard rock future. The album's melodic choruses and tight riffing foreshadow the arena-scale sound the group later developed.
