Album Notes & Community Reviews

Hailing from the legendary H8000 hardcore scene in Belgium, Deformity was one of the earliest acts to fully incorporate brutal death metal into a hardcore framework. 'Murder Within Sin' features technical riffing and an infernal, apocalyptic atmosphere that predates the commercial rise of deathcore by several years. The album is highly regarded for its aggressive misanthropy and its role in bridging the gap between the European metal and hardcore undergrounds.
