Album Notes & Community Reviews

Guitarist Derek Bailey and percussionist Andrea Centazzo engage in a highly abstract, strictly acoustic dialogue on 'Drops'. The album consists of completely spontaneous free improvisation, eschewing traditional rhythm and melody for textural exploration and dissonance. It is a challenging, purist document of the European avant-garde aesthetic.
