Empath

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Scrapping the Devin Townsend Project to start fresh, the prolific Canadian musician delivers a maximalist, utterly chaotic exploration of his entire musical spectrum. The record wildly pivots between terrifying death metal, sweeping Broadway orchestration, and serene ambient pop, featuring a dizzying array of guest musicians. It operates as a joyous, hyper-ambitious celebration of complete artistic freedom.
