Album Notes & Community Reviews
Refusing to repeat the guitar-heavy success of their debut, Devo鈥檚 sophomore album pushed further into dark, incredibly angular synthesizer territory. 'Duty Now for the Future' is a highly anxious, wonderfully quirky new wave oddity that seamlessly blends satirical, robotic mechanics with fiercely manic, deeply sarcastic art-punk energy.
