Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating as a completely unaccompanied solo showcase for the bandoneon, 'Kultrum' masterfully bridges traditional Argentine folk rhythms with sweeping, jazz-inflected improvisation. The pristine studio acoustics highlight Saluzzi's breathtaking control over the instrument's deep, melancholic emotional resonance.
