Album Notes & Community Reviews

Captured at the Hammersmith Odeon, this live double LP highlights the band's transition into a premier live act right before their 'Brothers in Arms' superstardom. The recording is notable for Knopfler's extended and melodic guitar improvisations, particularly on a definitive eleven-minute version of 'Sultans of Swing' that showcased his unique fingerstyle technique.
