Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in the Bahamas shortly after the massive success of their debut, Dire Straits' sophomore album beautifully polishes their laid-back, bluesy grooves. 'Communiqu茅' showcases Mark Knopfler's incredibly precise, warmly evocative guitar tone and poetic lyricism, resulting in a profoundly mellow, deeply rhythmic, and wonderfully calm roots-rock experience.
