Album Notes & Community Reviews

A virtuosic bridging of hip-hop techniques and live jazz improvisation, 'The Anomaly' perfectly treats the turntable as a distinct musical instrument. The producer leads an ensemble of skilled session players through a highly rhythmic, energetic, and urban fusion of nu-jazz and experimental boom-bap.
