Album Notes & Community Reviews

Drawing upon the rich catalog of Broadway theatrical productions, the massively popular entertainer delivers a polished, deeply expressive set of classic show tunes. Her crystal-clear diction and inherently cheerful, perfectly controlled vibrato are highlighted against Axel Stordahl's elegant orchestrations. The album perfectly encapsulates the sophisticated, highly accessible charm that made her an enduring mid-century icon.
