Album Notes & Community Reviews

On their debut album 'Please Delete This', Berlin-based quartet Double Life delivers a multifaceted brand of modern hardcore that incorporates metallic riffs, indie-rock hooks, and sludgy passages. The album's raw, plain-spoken lyrical themes confront self-doubt and unlearned helplessness without romanticizing the struggle. Brian McTernan's production provides a polished but powerful mix, highlighting the dynamic instrumentation and the band's departure from a more traditional hardcore sound.
