Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed as a direct side project by key members of Skinny Puppy, Download immediately pushes electro-industrial music into highly complex, IDM-influenced territory with 'Furnace'. The album aggressively deconstructs traditional industrial rhythms, favoring incredibly dense, rapidly shifting programmed sequences and terrifyingly dark ambient dub soundscapes. It prominently features crucial early contributions from electronic experimentalist Phil Western.
