Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released from jail in November 2017, Drakeo the Ruler recorded the sixteen tracks of 'Cold Devil' in ten days and released the mixtape the following month. Its songs develop his avant deadpan and impressionistic relationship to the beat, the nervous style that defined his Los Angeles street rap.
