Distance Over Time

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the sprawling rock opera 'The Astonishing', the progressive metal titans intentionally returned to a more concise, heavy, and collaborative songwriting approach. Recorded in an isolated barn in upstate New York, the album emphasizes tight, driving guitar riffs and their signature virtuosic musicianship while maintaining surprisingly accessible, hook-driven song structures.
