A Furrow Cut Short

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Responding to the socio-political turmoil and armed conflicts within their homeland, the reclusive Ukrainian outfit returns to a harsher, more aggressive sonic template. 'A Furrow Cut Short' minimizes the acoustic folk interludes of their prior work, opting instead for relentless blast beats and driving, sorrowful tremolo picking. The harsh vocals and dense, repetitive atmospheres channel a profound sense of national tragedy and unyielding defiance.
