Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sixth album from former Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile was meticulously recorded over two years in his hometown in New Jersey. The tracking leans heavily into smooth, 1980s sophisti-pop and hypnagogic textures, utilizing warm analog synthesizers and breezy, jazzy guitar progressions. The record presents a hazy, nostalgic atmosphere grounded by his signature lethargic vocal delivery.
