Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally circulating as a cassette tape in Mogadishu during 1992 shortly before the outbreak of civil war, this recording was beautifully restored and reissued for international audiences. It highlights the band's irrepressible energy, blending traditional Somali melodies and Qaraami rhythms with deep, analog synthesizer funk and reggae grooves.
