Album Notes & Community Reviews

Further solidifying his status as the premier revivalist of the Bakersfield sound, the country star delivered a pristine collection of honky-tonk anthems and mournful ballads. The record famously features a duet with his idol Buck Owens on 'Streets of Bakersfield', seamlessly linking traditional country heritage with a sharp, modern swagger.
