Composed largely during an artist residency in Zaragoza, Spain, Alexandra Drewchin moves away from the abrasive digital noise of her prior records to embrace acoustic guitar and sweeping choral arrangements. The project marries intricate, finger-picked avant-folk with deeply surreal, glitching electronic textures.
