Album Notes & Community Reviews

Blending searing electric violin with heavy Eastern scales and wildly shifting rhythms, East of Eden delivered a brilliantly chaotic debut of early British prog. 'Mercator Projected' is wonderfully eclectic and fiercely progressive, matching deeply surreal, highly humorous psychedelic rock with remarkably complex jazz-rock improvisation and cryptic fantasy themes.
