Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his Mercury Prize-nominated debut, the British songwriter delivers an incredibly lush, romantic suite of piano-driven orchestral pop. Incorporating sweeping strings, brass, and vintage keyboards, the meticulous production frames his weary, expressive tenor and classic Tin Pan Alley songcraft. The highly sophisticated, melancholic aesthetic cemented his reputation as a formidable talent within modern British pop.
