The fifth studio album from the politically radical British ensemble sees them refining their notoriously chaotic, heavy psychedelic sound into slightly more accessible, tightly arranged progressive structures. While maintaining their anti-establishment ethos and distinctly gritty vocal delivery, the record features greater use of acoustic textures, synthesizers, and complex instrumental interplay, showcasing a mature evolution in their songwriting.
