Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mark Oliver Everett transforms the typically gritty, alternative rock sound of Eels into an elegant, deeply introspective chamber pop experience. Backed by a small string section and utilizing piano and acoustic guitar, the New York City performance highlights the emotional devastation and profound melancholy anchoring his songwriting.
