Album Notes & Community Reviews
The second official solo album from the legendary Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Thee Silver Mt. Zion co-founder. 'Pissing Stars' is a deeply personal and sonically abrasive work, blending towering walls of noisy, distorted guitar drone with anxious electronic textures and Menuck's distinctive, half-sung, half-spoken vocals. It's a raw and powerful exploration of love, loss, and political dread from a true post-rock icon.
