Stepping away from the hyperactive sample-heavy collages of his previous breakthrough, Pablo Díaz-Reixa leaned heavily into live instrumentation and sharper pop songcraft. The project filters 1980s Spanish pop and traditional Tropicália through a warm, slightly hazy chillwave aesthetic, crafting a relentlessly upbeat, tropical-psychedelic soundtrack for the end of summer.
