Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving after a tumultuous five-year hiatus and significant lineup restructuring, the Britpop icons deliver a markedly darker sophomore effort. 'The Menace' trades the bright punk-pop of their debut for an abrasive, jagged aesthetic that heavily incorporates electronic and industrial textures. Featuring key contributions from The Fall's Mark E. Smith, the record serves as the band's final studio statement.
