Album Notes & Community Reviews

Winner of the Mercury Prize, this album propelled Elbow from cult status to UK stadium fillers. Guy Garvey's warm vocals and the band's lush, orchestral arrangements create a deeply emotional and uplifting sound. 'One Day Like This' became a modern anthem of optimism.
