Album Notes & Community Reviews

Primarily recorded in a desolate Manhattan during the global pandemic lockdowns, 'Icons' acts as an eerie, electroacoustic portrait of urban isolation. Percussionist Eli Keszler builds intricate, skittering rhythmic frameworks around melancholic synthesizer sweeps and scattered field recordings. The resulting work is deeply cinematic, providing an abstract, futuristic soundtrack to a suspended metropolis.
