Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded late in her life, 'Volume 3: When I'm Gone' captures the legendary folk-blues pioneer continuing to display her unparalleled 'Cotten picking' style. The intimate acoustic performances are deeply contemplative, reflecting on mortality, faith, and the long expanse of her life. It serves as a beautiful, hauntingly quiet testament to one of America's most vital traditional guitarists.
