Album Notes & Community Reviews
Leading an unconventional trio devoid of a piano, the legendary drummer anchors deeply polyrhythmic, highly interactive sessions. The interplay with Joe Farrell's reeds and Jimmy Garrison's bass highlights a fiercely advanced, elastic approach to timekeeping and modern structural improvisation.
