The controversial inclusion of tracks like 'Blue Christmas' infused the deeply sanitized holiday market with an unprecedented, undeniably seductive rock and roll energy. It perfectly captures his immense versatility, shifting effortlessly from tender gospel reverence to swaggering bravado.
