Album Notes & Community Reviews

Demonstrating his profound, lifelong devotion to spiritual music, the cultural icon's third and final gospel album earned him his second Grammy Award. The recording eschews standard pop arrangements in favor of lush, deeply emotional renditions of contemporary Christian material, prominently featuring the soaring vocal harmonies of The Imperials and J.D. Sumner.
